When my dad died, the incident was more of a shock to us since we all thought that he was very healthy. He was living a good life, found the time to exercise and even managed to monitor what he eats fairly well. This is the reason why we were heart struck when I was informed of his passing all of a sudden. I knew that this was bound to happen, but I never thought it would come this early.

My mom and I decided that we would want my dad to be with us at all times. This is why we decided to have his ashes placed in a wooden urn so we can keep him right in our home where we can always see him and remember him. This is a difficult thing to accept, especially when we were not able to even bid our dad goodbye. I am sure though that he will always be with us no matter what.
