Comfortable Ride

I would usually fly out to my parents’ house whenever I have the free time during the weekends. I barely have any friends in the city, and I remain focused in my work to prove to my colleagues that I deserve the position I hold. Whenever I miss my family and friends, I would simply book a trip and get my pet to come along with me, since we are both homesick.

During these times whenever I bring my pet along, I would always make sure I get him in soft sided dog carriers so that he will not feel any trauma of sorts whenever we are flying. This gives me the freedom as well that both my dog and I are comfortable during the entire trip. I would not want to compromise my pet’s safety and comfort by investing in measly dog carriers that do not provide extra cushion for pets.

In my home I take care of a number of turtles in my backyard. I have always had this inkling when it comes to these creatures. They are very gentle animals and are easy to take care of. This is the reason why I have taken the effort to get a pond made for my pets and ensure that they are in the best condition at all times.

Aside from ensuring that they are able to eat and have a turtle habitat conducive for these creatures, I also make sure that there are no intruders coming into my backyard which may possibly hurt them. I have a total of eight turtles under my care at this point in time, but I am planning to add more eventually. This is as soon as I get to extend my pond to accommodate more of these cute creatures.

After adopting a pet dog from the pound, I needed to make sure that I will be able to give him all the things which his former owner was not able to. My dog was rescued from an abusive owner, and the people from the pound even narrated the condition my pet was in when they first saw him. I never thought that someone would be able to do something as cruel to a creature so helpless, and I am willing to be the one to change this dog’s perception about human beings.

The first thing that I got for him was a dog bed. I wanted him to be able to sleep in a comfortable and cozy place. I have read that this breed of dog tends to sleep or rest a lot and I need him to have a place that he can do just that. Aside from the frequent feedings and ample exercise to ensure that he is healthy, I am doing everything that the veterinarian says I need to do in order to lengthen his life.

Camping In Style

I would often bring my pet with me wherever I go. I live alone, and I rely on my dog to keep me company at all times. There are instances when I would feel like camping out in the woods, and should my friends would not be available I would have my dog to be the one creature to spend the weekend with me. After all, weekends are the only time we get to spend a lot of hours together.

During these trips, I make sure that he is also as comfortable as I am whenever we are in the outdoors. This is crucial especially since we would normally engage in a lot of physical activities which can be pretty tiring at the end of the day. I have a breezy bunk that I bring for him to make sure that he gets to sleep perfectly and comfortably well given the surroundings. This way both of us can have a great time in the woods.

Doing a Favor

My friend asked me to take care of his pet bird for two weeks because she needed to come home to visit her sick father. I could not say no because I knew she was really devastated about her father’s condition, and this is the least I can do to make sure that she can feel a bit better. I know that she is very close to her father and is extremely worried at this point.

She gave me a few instructions and ran off to catch her flight that night. I was very careful about the feeding times and other things I needed to do for the pet. She had called though and said that she may have to extend because her father needed to get an operation. She asked me to order Higgins breeder bird food in case I run out of supplies. Good thing this was available online, and I was able to have it delivered on time before I run out of stash.

On The Go

As a blogger, I spend most of my days having to work on the road. I travel a lot in order for me to bring in a lot of entries and posts in my blog. I rely on my travel blogs in order to get a steady stream of income. This helps me to discover a number of local spots which I can discuss and speak about in my websites. I have been working on a number of locations in order to help local businesses to advertise and market their products and services.

I always bring my dog with me wherever I go. He keeps me company during my trips and also protects me from imminent danger should I come across any. I always make sure that I have his travel dog water bowls in my car whenever we get out on the road. This gives me the assurance that I am able to take good care of my pet without any worries. He needs to be fully hydrated at all times.

Camping Trip

My boyfriend and I have decided to go camping over the weekend since we hardly have any time to see each other especially during the weekdays. We would want to be able to bond and improve on our relationship, and we knew this is the only time we can do so. I told him I would need to bring my dog though, since the weekend is the only time I can also spend time with my pet.

My boyfriend immediately agreed, and even got me a sherpa duffle to help me with transporting my pet. He had already anticipated that I would be asking to bring my pet dog with us, as he also intended to bring his own dog. At least we can spend the time all together and be able to have fun the entire weekend. This will definitely make up for the lost time.

Pet Concerns

My pet cat has been acting pretty weird lately, and figured it was only because of the change in season. Up until last week she was still acting weary and uneasy, so I decided to take her to the veterinarian to make sure she is all right. After all, I have left her with a neighbor for a week since I had to attend a conference in Atlanta. There may be something up which I must know about.

My doubts indeed had a basis. The veterinarian told me that my cat has a serious case of roundworms. I would not need to worry though, because I would only need to get some roundworm treatment and she will be just fine. I immediately ordered the same and helped her with her ordeal. She is back to normal and looking fairly active again, thanks to the great save from the infection.

New Home

We recently brought home a hamster for the kids after realizing that this is one of the pets which we can have without making a mess in the house. My husband and I wanted to teach our kids the value of responsibility to them, and having a life dependent on our children will surely get them to not act too lazily and be able to look after the pet as much as they can.

The pet will be placed by the living room so everyone has direct access to it, and I would also be able to monitor if the kids are indeed looking after the creature. My husband bought the hamster one of those critter trail hamster cages so it would have enough space to move about and get some exercising done despite being locked inside a cage. Hopefully, my kids would be able to learn the values we want them to acquire over time.

Winter Seasons

We would usually go problematic on our backyards every time the winter season comes in. The temperatures are extremely freezing and uncomfortable, and we would have to worry about our plants outside our yard. We have worked extra hard just so they can be maintained beautifully, only to die and freeze when the cold weather of winter comes.

Those who have ponds are also quite worried about their turtles and fishes. They would need to take measures to ensure they survive it out in the cold. During this time, it is best to have a thermo-pond around. This way, the pond can be kept warm the entire season for the fishes and other pond creatures to keep their temperature. Maintaining warmth during the winter season is crucial for owners to enjoy their backyards even after the season ends.
